What to expect:

In this session, Lance will walk through how he approaches goal setting, tracks progress, and adapts over time. He will also discuss nitrogen management strategies he’s been working with, including foliar applications and melted urea, and how those decisions align with longer-term goals around reducing synthetic inputs.


Farming near Borden, SK, Lance and his wife Lindsey operate a mixed grain and cattle operation while raising their four kids as the fifth generation on the farm. Starting his career in a drought, Lance has focused on managing risk through diversification and developing multiple profit centres…
