REFUND POLICY.

At SaskSoil (Saskatchewan Soil Conservation Association), we value your support of our work to advance soil health in Saskatchewan. By completing a membership purchase, donation, or event registration, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Please note the following:

Memberships

  • All Full and Associate memberships are non-refundable.

  • Corporate Memberships above $500 are refundable within 60 days of activation upon review by the Board of Directors Membership Committee. After 60 days they will be pro-rated for the balance of the year and the remainder will be returned. 

  • All memberships are valid for one year from the date of registration and will automatically renew on the renewal date.

  • If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact info@sasksoil.ca 30 days prior to your renewal date so we can cancel the transaction for you, or login to your profile on SaskSoil.ca to manage your Membership.

Donations

  • All donations are non-refundable.

  • A charitable tax receipt will be issued for all eligible donations in accordance with Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) guidelines.

  • If you set up a recurring scheduled donation you can login to your profile on SaskSoil.ca to manage these transactions or contact us at info@sasksoil.ca.

Event Tickets

  • All standard event registrations and tickets are non-refundable after the event date to those who do not attend. 

  • SaskSoil charges a base fee for each event to cover the cost of meals.

  • Tickets to the annual Soil Health Conference are refundable up to 30 days prior to the event. Please contact info@sasksoil.ca to process a refund.

  • In the event of cancellation by SaskSoil, registrants will be contacted directly with available options (e.g. refund, transfer to a rescheduled event, etc.).
